And the ministers and assistants in the office of the president
Dear MR ZUMA.
With reference to communication sent on 18 January 2013 to the minister of arts & culture; which
was followed up with a further request for clarification as set out in
the letter and questions below, and was copied to your office on the
30th January 2013 with an urgent request for answer to several key
questions regarding the registration of the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA as a
corporation. The email is below for your reference.
I state for
the record that to date, the 4th March 2013, we have not received a
response of any kind. This matter is of critical importance to every
South African regarding their legal standing and relationship to the
corporation called REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA.
On the government
website it clearly states that in case all attempts fail to get a
response from various government departments, your office should be the
final attempt to get a response and feedback. After exhausting all
possible avenues and requesting responses from five different government
departments on the issue below, we have not had a single response to
date from any of the ministers or their departments. This is therefore
the final attempt to get an urgent response to the question below.
You
are hereby granted FIVE days from date hereof to respond in detail to
the questions below after which we will proceed with legal action to
extract the information required. Please use the email below to respond and please request a proof of delivery with your response.

Open letter and enquiry from the UBUNTU Party DATE: 18 Jan 2013
TO: Sibusiso Xaba, the Director General of Arts & Culture - Republic Of South Africa 10th Floor, Kingsley Centre, 481Stanza Bopape Cnr Steve Biko & Pretorius Streets Arcadia - Tel: 012 441 3027
RE: The registration of the corporation called “REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA”.
Dear Mr Xaba. In
our effort to bring absolute freedom and liberty to all the people of
South Africa, especially on the economic front, it has come to our
attention that our country “REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA” is registered as a
corporation on the US Securities Exchange, among other well recognised
corporations like Anglo American, Old Mutual, ABSA and Standard Bank.
Please click on the following link to verify this: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=south+africa&match=contains&action=getcompany
We
need urgent information and answers to the following questions to be
able to accurately advise the people of South African about their rights
and their relationship to this corporation.
We require to view
or to obtain a certified copy of the original registration document,
founding statement and title deed of this corporation called REPUBLIC OF
SOUTH AFRICA.
Who authorised that the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA was to be registered as such and why?
Who is the CEO of this corporation.
Who is the accounting officer and what financial statement does it produce?
What are the assets of this corporation?
Are these assets traded by this corporation – if so, how and where, and who is accountable for trading these assets?
Who are the shareholders of the corporation and how are they appointed?
What is the relationship of the people of South Africa to this corporation called REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA.
Is
there any agreement between the people and/or citizens of South Africa
and the REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA? If so, where are those agreements and
when were they entered into?
Do the people of South Africa have
any obligations to this corporation, and if so do they have the right to
renounce such obligation?
Since our BILL OF RIGHTS and our
constitution, as well as the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights
strictly forbids any form of slavery or forced servitude, what rights do
the people who live in the land referred to as South Africa have, to
cut all their ties and any responsibility to this corporation that they
did not even know existed?
What is the relationship between this
corporation called THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA and the GOVERNMENT OF
THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA?
We require your urgent
attention and response to this within 7 (seven) days, as this matter has
severe implications to the liberties and economic freedoms of all the
people who live in this land, called South Africa.

Slowly but surely, our entire planet has been turned into an unbearable trading post. Try to visualise all the millions of shops, kiosks, markets, stock exchanges, street vendors, restaurants, shopping malls, fast food outlets, etc... all with their shelves loaded with STUFF, trying to sell their STUFF to passers-by.
Millions of shopkeepers and their employees waste their lives away waiting for customers to come in and buy something.
Millions of companies spend insane amounts of time, money and creative energy to design and manufacture STUFF that they think people will want to buy. This is extended into every industry like the hospitality industries selling hotel rooms and holidays, scrumptious plates of food – WHY?
Because the human slaves that work all year like worker ants deserve to take a break at the end of the year to spend all that MONEY that have been working so hard for – to lie on a beach on some exotic island to make them feel better about themselves.
What has happened to us?
We have become a planet of slaves that manufacture more and more STUFF every month for other slaves to buy and consume. STUFF we do not need nor want, but it gets made in any case, with more colourful gadgets, bells and whistles, because the dumb slaves have become addicted to the gadgets.
The slaves think that they have advanced technology in their hands but instead, they only have more tools of control and tools of enslavement that will allow the slaves to become more productive in delivering to the masters and keep them occupied with the new gadgets, doing stupid mindless things so that they don’t have time to contemplate their humanness – who they are as immortal souls, and elevate their levels of consciousness.
It is always a NEW & IMPROVED version of the same STUFF, and it lures billions of people every month to buy this stuff with MONEY that they have to slave away for and in most cases don’t even have. It is an insane system – wake up and smell your brain burning.
Billions of people buy billions of things every day that they don’t really need – but this is a state of hypnotic numbness that we have been lured into so that we can continue to buy more stuff, so that we, the slaves, keep rewarding ourselves with all this glitter and stuff.
All this to keep us preoccupied and not realise that we are being conned by those who control the flow of money. This is the big secret – nothing else really matters. The slaves have to stay as busy as they can not to allow them time to think for themselves. And so this thing called “business” is born.
We were all born into this system where global business and businessmen are revered for what they do, and how much money they make. In reality it is the great deception that has entrapped the world.
In the meantime the planet is being mined by these businesses, more than ever before in our entire history. We yank every possible mineral and substance out of the ground, not because we really need it, but mostly so that more stuff can be manufactured and traded so that those who control the flow of money can sell the unsuspecting humans more STUFF they don’t really need. Most of the stuff we buy, we discard within a few minutes or in the next few years. Just think about it – don’t just dismiss this statement.
This just gets the slaves into more debt that they can never repay, and so the slaves have to work for the rest of their lives paying off more and more debt while consuming more and more stuff thinking that they are making good progress in life because the television tells them so.
All these ignorant human slaves just keep the wheels of industry turning, and this keeps the flow of money increasing and enslaving us more and more. The incredible waste of people power and resources and materials that goes into keeping this monster alive is almost unimaginable.
IT HAS TO STOP – We have to free ourselves from this insanity.
Most people cannot imagine a way out of this mess – and yet there is a very simple way out. It is so simple that every ounce of educated logic in our bones shouts at us that it cannot possibly be so simple. Because our minds and hearts and souls have been poisoned so deeply by the controllers of money, that we cannot see the simple solutions.
Money is the obstacle to all progress and the cause of all the strife on EARTH. So the answer is quite simple – REMOVE THE MONEY – suddenly all the madness dissolves almost immediately.
The UBUNTU Contributionism model allows for all things to be provided without money to all those who need to make the stuff that is really needed by the people. So that everything is possible and available at any time to those who make and manufacture things.
So, instead of making and marketing STUFF to unsuspecting citizens, we should be creating products and things that the people need to firstly survive, then to prosper and then to achieve great things on all levels of society. It is quite simple actually – The UBUNTU Contributionism model provides the plan and blueprint for such a society.
Just imagine that all those shopkeepers, traders, vendors and salesmen were not trying to sell stuff to people that they don’t really need, but rather acted as providers of things, and suppliers of services that communities need to reach their highest potential.
Just imagine all the factories and manufacturers, and everyone who creates anything, like cars, computers, nail clippers, clothing, shoes, beds, bricks, milk, eggs, bread, energy devices, and everything communities need – were actually making it specifically for the communities that needed those items.
Imagine if all these manufacturers were supplying scientists with things they needed to make great new breakthroughs. Our world will be a place of pure utopia. A true heaven on Earth that we have been denied of.
I know that I am really simplifying it, but everything should be simple as opposed to the complex, unworkable system we have today. It has to be presented simply, to allow people to start thinking about it and not shy away, as we have been doing for far too long.
This is why small communities under a well integrated Contributionism system will flourish in abundance. They will have everything they need and keep improving the lives of their people. Arts and culture will explode and consciousness will skyrocket with the freeing up of people’s minds.
It is not rocket science to establish what communities need and have it made or manufactured or produced for the community.
Let’s look at some basic examples. If there are 1000 people in the community, how many nail clippers do they need? How much shampoo do they use monthly? How much butter do they need and how many litres of milk do they use daily, and how much bread do they eat?
How many beds do we need in the community – and why is hand-spun cotton so expensive while thousands sit idly around looking for jobs? We should all be sleeping on the finest cotton sheets – because there are enough people to grow the cotton and spin the cotton.
Among those who sit idly wasting their lives away, are technologists and computer geeks. To place a computer into each household and into each factory and office is not an insurmountable problem.
Can you see the obvious approach to this STUFF problem?
The competition between brands remains an incurable disease in a capitalist society – we cannot stop it and more manufacturers make more brands as the competition expands.
But if money is no hurdle, then brands will not compete – we will transform from competition to cooperation. Where everyone will share the latest know-how and scientific technology to make the best possible products for the greatest benefit of the people. We will dissolve our EGO and GREED and lose the need for new shiny metal and bells and whistles.
Let us turn the factories and traders into providers, suppliers and distributors rather than just salesmen and vendors who want to make money. Let them become the barometers of what society needs and the catalysts to start the production. They can play a critical role in the flow of energy through the UBUNTU communities.
Please watch this wonderful video clip called “The Story of Stuff” - 20 min which explains the insanity of what we are doing while pointing out the reasons behind it.

US Banks pay $8.5bn to
settle home foreclosure disputes.
Dear friends and conscious human beings. We are very close to achieving the
same effect here in South Africa. Through the work of Scott Cundill and NewERA,
the UBUNTU Liberation Movement, and various other individuals who have
dedicated their lives to expose the fraudulent activity of the banksters, and
through the continued brilliant legal contribution of Raymondt Dicks, we are
very close to forcing the banks to change their unlawful and fraudulent ways, and
to pay up to the people they have stolen from over many years.
From standing up in court and defending ourselves with no legal help at all,
in one year, our membership is now over 160,000 people and our legal team has grown
to include an illustrious list of highly experienced lawyers, senior advocates
and even state prosecutors – working to finally expose the banksters.
I personally believe that we took the ascendancy against the all-powerful
banksters in the Supreme Court of Johannesburg on the 21st December
2012. It is truly amazing that our legal action was brought in front of the
Judge on this historic day. The action was an URGENT interdict against all the
banks in South Africa and their SPV partners (Special Purpose Vehicle) to stop all repossessions and executions of homes and vehicles because of non payment
by the borrowers.
The court was packed like a sardine can with supporters and also for the
first time, all the major media from TV, radio and press, were represented. In
over two years of our legal action against the banksters, this was not
achieved. In the past the ignorant media have simply been dismissing our action
as “an attempt to wangle our way out of debt”. This is now behind us and the mainstream
media has realised that we are protecting their individual rights as well,
while exposing a sinister plot to drive all the people into an irreversible
spiral of debt.
Our legal team was squeezed up against the side of the court. Out of about
65 of the highest paid lawyers money can buy, representing all the banks, they
were unable to come up with any substantial arguments against the 500 page
document served on them by New ERA on behalf of their 160,000 members and every
other South African alive today – whether they know it or not.
The banks’ lawyers managed to string together THREE lousy attempts to
counter the serious charges in our document. These were dismissed with disgust
by the Judge, who for the very first time in our collective 2-year legal
action, realised the seriousness of the legal action. The matter was not
granted urgency but simply postponed. The Judge stated that it was curious that
such a matter would fall on date of the end of the Mayan Calendar. This was clearly
an informed Judge who also stated that based on his quick review of the
document, this was a serious matter that leaves the banks with much to answer
for. We hope to be back in court on the 28th Jan 2013 to take this
mater to its conclusion.
It is possible that our many combined legal actions against the banks in SA could
cause radical changes in South African banking sectors, and possibly even close
down the banks that do not want to change their unlawful ways. We are involved
in 13 major legal cases during January and February 2013 against all the banks
in SA and we believe that this will be the final few steps before they finally
submit and follow the lead of the US banks.
For those who still do not understand why the banks’ actions are unlawful
and fraudulent, I urge you to read what you can on the UBUNTU website www.ubuntuparty.org.za and www.newera.org.za and also see THRIVE, the
movie on www.thrivemovement.com. All
will become very clear to you soon. Also look at the 10 Questions to ask your
bank and SEND these to your bank today. Please share this information with
everyone you know and let us make this a landslide victory for the people of
South Africa against the most powerful organised crime syndicate the world has
ever known – the private banking syndicate of the world.
Ten of the biggest banks
have agreed to pay $8.5bn (£5.2bn) to settle a review of home foreclosures by
US regulators.
Banks and mortgage lenders including Bank of America, Citigroup and JP
Morgan Chase will pay $3.3bn directly to eligible homeowners, regulators
said.
The lenders will also pay $5.2bn to modify and forgive loans.
The investigation began in 2011, and looked into whether borrowers had
unlawfully had their homes repossessed. The regulators were the Office of the
Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which is an independent bureau of the
Department of the Treasury, and the US central bank, the Federal Reserve.
The US mortgage market boomed in the middle of the last decade. Banks made
huge profits by buying home loans and repackaging them as complex products.
The housing bubble collapsed in 2008, making many of the homes worthless and
causing the loans and their derivatives to become toxic. Many people lost their
homes and all the major banks had to be bailed out.
The OCC said that more than 3.8 million borrowers, whose homes were subject
to foreclosure proceedings in 2009 and 2010, would receive cash compensation
"ranging from hundreds of dollars up to $125,000, depending on the type of
possible servicer error".

Letter to Helen Zille 31 October 2012. Leader of the DA, Cape Town.
I trust that with your influence in the Cape, you will be able to urgently intervene in this matter by Friday 2nd November 2012.
From: Michael Tellinger Founder of the UBUNTU Liberation Movement & UBUNTU Party Acting Judge President Allegedly Interferes in Historic Judgement Against Banks.
The information in this press release is compiled with our best intentions and to the best of our ability stating all the facts as we have been able to obtain under very strange and mysterious circumstances in our attempts to find a critical missing court file containing an historic judgement against the banks in South Africa. INFORMATION AS WE HAVE IT: - During the week of 10 October 2012, Acting Judge Kirk-Cohen in the Cape Town High Court handed down judgement against First National Bank, in favour of the defendant, who wants to remain anonymous at this stage. - The judgement was based on the argument of securitisation of the defendant’s home, in which the bank lose all its rights to the property, and therefore cannot execute it, or even begin any legal proceedings of such nature because they lost the legal standing to do so. - The case numbers are 6579/12 and 17374/12. - This judgment was spawned by two counts of contempt of court by FNB refusing to comply with two court orders. - This judgment has the capacity to change the lives of all people in South Africa forever, and remove the financial hardship that we have all been unlawfully plunged in to by the actions of the banks. - This has ramifications for the entire banking system. - Judgments like this have been handed down overseas in favour of the homeowner. - For some strange reason, the judgment and the entire court file is not forthcoming and as of today is still unavailable to the public. - The Ubuntu Party has a vested interest in this case since it represents several thousand people who are equally affected by this judgement – as is everyone else in South Africa. - The UBUNTU Party was informed yesterday that the case/file had been directed to the office of the Acting Judge President Traverso. - The defendants Counsel was not aware of this. - In fact, if not for the investigative work of the Ubuntu Party, he would never have known that the file was with Traverso and would have continued searching for it. - Counsel for the home owner met with Traverso this morning, who confirmed that she does have the file, and informed him that the file would not become available until this coming Friday, 2nd November 2012. - Traverso was allegedly instrumental in arranging security at the defendants house, without his knowledge. - A strange security person had entered the defendant’s residence while he was away on business, and made himself at home – without any knowledge or consultation with the home owner at all. - Traverso has allegedly instructed FNB that they have rights, and have until Friday 2 November to file some form of final legal argument. - Traverso’s son-in-law, Paul Finlayson is the Managing Director of Nedbank Private Wealth. - At around 16:30 on Wednesday, 31 October, we were informed that the file has been handed to Judge President Hlope – reasons unknown. - Helen Zille has been notified that this is a matter of the highest public interest and asked to use her influence to intervene. - The Ubuntu Party has been following this case for some time and would like an immediate investigation into the disappearance of the judgement and the legal reasoning behind the action taken by Traverso. - This information has been extremely difficult to obtain and cannot be verified until Judge Traverso makes a public statement and full disclosure regarding the whereabouts of the file and its legal status.
There have been some dramatic developments after our legal advisor and mentor, Raymondt Dicks was attacked in his home office on 20 Oct 2012, in a military style precision hit by well trained men, that seemed to have been aided by police vehicles with flashing lights, as indicated in the security video footage, allowing the intruders’ vehicles the freedom to perpetrate the assault. He was tied up for more than 3 hours, constantly beaten and interrogated with repeated threats that he was going to be killed,
They knew exactly what they were doing as they carefully removed his computer, and all backups, our documents and more. This was the “nerve centre” of the UBUNTU Party and it has affected us much more than we originally imagined. The amount of work that Raymondt Dicks has done, and the research he had compiled against the banks is simply spectacular. The next day, only three sets of legal documents were found to be missing. Those of the UBUNTU Party, Michael Tellinger, and New ERA, which is active in major legal action against banks and represents around 160,000 people.
All of this was captured on security cameras and the footage is ready to be released onto YouTube imminently. As of today Carte Blanche has been in contact with us and is considering to expose this story. The Star Newspaper confirmed that they had several dozen calls from other people who have had similar organised hits on them in the past, that seem to have been aided by rogue groups of police officers, during which legal documents were taken and lives where threatened. A senior journalist at The Star told me that they are doing a full investigation and hope to publish a detailed article on this serious issue. VICTORY NONETHELESS: But, there have been 3 small victories in the past 2 weeks that have given our actions a great deal of traction as legal precedents. They also however indicate how incredibly cunning the banksters are in their actions – all three cases where withdrawn and/or abandoned against three individuals arguing similar cases to ours. This means that there is no judgement; no actual legal case precedent, except that they withdrew unconditionally. It does however presents us with a strong argument that something fishy is going on and that the banks do not want this heard in the courts. They have been very good at delaying tactics to date, using court rules and technicalities to win their cases without any real scrutiny by the courts – forcing ordinary people to run out of money and not be able to continue with legal proceedings against the mighty banks. THE BIG CASE: There is one MAJOR case in Cape Town – case numbers 6579/12 & 17374/12 where during the week of 10 October 2012, a judgement was handed down by Judge Kirk-Cohen against First National Bank – in favour of the defendant who wants to remain nameless until this Friday. The judge allegedly stated to the lawyer of the defendant “you have opened Pandora’s box”. This has now turned into the most sensitive case in SA history regarding banking. This is the straw that will break the camel’s back and force banks to rethink their business models that have been exposed to be fraudulent and highly corrupt. The judgement is based on the same arguments that our members and myself have presented in various courts, only to be laughed at, treated with a complete lack of respect, have our rights desecrated by the Constitutional Court, and even threatened that we are “wasting the court’s time” with our actions, as was the case in the judgement handed down against me. This is all about to change, once the missing file and Judgement can be located and exposed to the people. We have been waiting for this physical judgement and papers for 3 weeks. But once again we have discovered how cunning, dirty and unscrupulous the banksters are. While completely ignoring the High Court judgement, and not complying with the court order, we suspect that they have been trying to influence the outcome in various ways at the highest level of the court and legal system in South Africa. So much so, that the Acting Judge President, Jeanette Traverso, has taken the file into her chambers for safekeeping to avoid anyone tampering with it. That is what she claims according to our information. According to her, there is huge interest in this case. How could this be when the information regarding this case is not available and the file is missing? So who is interested in this case behind the scenes?
We have been informed and it needs to be pointed out, is that Judge Traverso has been involved as a judge in many liquidation cases where majority of the judgements she handed down have gone in favour of the banks. The case we are referring to here is now a matter of public domain and is of extreme interest and should be disclosed and exposed for all to see immediately, instead of being hidden or protected by the Acting Judge President in her chambers. If all of this is accurate and true, The UBUNTU Party demands that Acting Judge President Traverso explains why she has intervened in this particular case and why she has taken it upon herself to give the bank additional opportunity until this Friday, 2nd Nov 2012, to argue or attempt to overturn the judgement, without notifying the defendant’s attorneys and outlining her reasons for her actions. We find her actions highly questionable.
This matter is of extreme public interest in view of the millions of people who have lost everything as a result of countless unjust judgements in the past, by our courts, handed down by ill-informed judges, who have ignorantly upheld an unjust system in favour of corrupt banksters that have been getting away with fraud and extortion for years. Unbeknown to the defendant, Judge Traverso had allegedly arranged for security to be placed at his home. Without his knowledge or consent, a private security specialist has entered his home while he was away on business and made himself at home – taking showers and behaving as if this was his house. This is highly irregular and suspicious behaviour – especially when taking into account that her son in law, Paul Finlayson, is the MD of BOE Private Clients Division.
It is simply unimaginable that the Acting Judge President would be so partial towards the bank and choose to protect the bank, after a very clear judgement against them, where in the past 2 weeks, since the judgement has been served by the Sheriff, they have made no effort to act against it through normal legal channels. It is unimaginable why the Acting Judge President is giving the bank such undeserved liberty, freedom, and time to try and reverse this judgement, instead of simply enforcing it – like she has done to so many ordinary people whose lives were destroyed in the process.
If this is all true, Traverso has clearly shown her stance of impartiality, because such liberty is never granted or extended towards the common people. Every day thousands of judgements are handed down by the courts in favour of banks, to execute people’s property and destroy their lives. Judges never take it upon themselves to intervene in favour of the people. This is a clear indication that corporations carry much more weight and favour with our courts and judges than human beings do.
We urge Judge Traverso to find this file, wherever it is being hidden, and release the judgement and file into the public domain where it belongs for the benefit of all the people. The UBUNTU Party believes that this judgement will truly be the breaking point and the end of the road for the banks in exposing their fraudulent actions against each and every one of us.
